We have decided to sell Perla, we kept 2 fillies from 2009 so we had to pare down a bit.  She is still very green, we will continue to work with her until she is sold.  She has been started in a sidepull/bitless bridle.  She knows to bend, one rein stop, steers left and right and shows nothing but tolt.  She has never bucked in training.  She has been trailered out for 5-10 trail rides, and proved to be bombproof and willing to try anything we threw at her.  She has been ridden in traffic and was fine.  She needs an advanced rider to finish her, perferably someone with some training experience.  She can get a bit pushy at times, she needs firm boundries.  She has the potential to be a superior family horse that will easily tolt forever.  Her sire Nattfari got 9's for tolt and pace, and 8.67 for trot.  He had high movements and was known for producing easy to train tolters with good action.  Perla has large elastic movements that when refined will be excellent.  She shows all 5 gaits in the field.  She has not shown trot under saddle yet.  Perla is being ridden by my 6'3" husband Phil in the picture above, she can carry a larger rider easily.  She is a proven broodmare that can be bred back to our stallion Brynjar from Twisted E if desired.  She will be available for pickup late summer when her 2010 foal is weaned.  Perla is UTD on vaccinations, worming, trims and had her teeth floated in May 2010.
